The dream of financial freedom became very real to Danny & Alyssa when one of their first real estate deals earned them over $40k. They currently buy & hold, flip, and wholesale real estate. They run a 50+ member mastermind group and are actively working to build a 1000+ unit rental portfolio. 

Danny and Alyssa began their real estate journey by attending a two-hour seminar which eventually led to a massive 3-day real estate event in Iowa. They quickly realized how powerful it was to be in a room full of accomplished entrepreneurs, thinkers, and powerhouse investors with portfolios of over 1000 rental properties each! 

Danny and Alyssa started off by purchasing a multi-unit building and living in one of the units. This allowed them to create cash flow from their home instead of paying rent or paying a mortgage. They quickly learned the power of cash flow and over the next few years grew their portfolio to 19 doors. 

Alyssa, with her background in marketing, quickly became an amazing deal finder while Danny managed all of the operations such as rehab projects, finances, and property management. Danny’s background in engineering was of great benefit here. 

In 2020 while the world was shut down, Danny and Alyssa scaled up their business and continued to buy, flip and wholesale properties in their target areas. Flipping/wholesaling 18 properties in 2020.

In 2021 Danny and Alyssa started a paid Mastermind Group creatively named “The RoundTown Mastermind” where they have created an amazing private network of high-level investors primarily in Northeast Ohio. The goal was to help both new and experienced investors grow their businesses. The group constantly offers advice to one another, they exchange business contacts in industries where it can be hard to find good reliable people to work with such as contractors, lenders, agents, attorneys, and other vendors. Members of the group have done many deals together and attribute massive success to being a part of the mastermind group.

Over the last year, in addition to the Mastermind Group, Danny and Alyssa have focused on creating systems, sharpening the saw, and learning more about multi-family real estate. Over the next two years, Danny and Alyssa plan to have a business that can wholesale and flip over 30 properties per year with little to no time invested on their part by building systems and processes to run for them. They also plan to consolidate their real estate portfolio into the most stable properties in preferable locations so they can reduce the headaches to focus entirely on building a 1000+ unit multi-family portfolio like the investors they met at the beginning of their journey.
